A great fitting starts before you walk in the door. Here is exactly how to arrive so we can spend 90 minutes on your swing — not on logistics.
Bring your current set — or at minimum the club you most want to fix (driver, 7-iron, wedges). Your fitter will hit them first to establish a real baseline, not a guess.
Plan for 90 minutes end-to-end. Driver and wood fittings run 60–75; full bag or iron-and-wedge sessions run the full 90. We never double-book a fitting bay.
You leave with a printed build spec, the raw Trackman session file, and a follow-up email from your fitter within 48 hours. Same-day delivery available on 8 popular combinations.

What serious golfers ask before they book.
Why does a fitting cost what it costs?
A real fitting is a 60–150 minute one-on-one session with a PGA-certified fitter, full Trackman 4 and Quintic 4-camera ball-roll data, and access to a 1,200-SKU shaft library — plus a printed build spec you keep regardless of whether you buy. The fee offsets the lab time; the build credit on Full and Elite tiers returns most of it when you order.
How long is a session, and can I bring my coach?
Express runs 45 minutes; Full Bag runs 90; Elite runs 2.5 hours. Bring your swing coach — we work with them over the phone on request and have fitted alongside coaches from three NCAA Division I programs. If you don't have a coach, our in-house PGA staff can interpret the data with you.
What does the 30-Day Performance Promise actually cover?
If the build spec doesn't hold up after 30 days of on-course play — distance, dispersion, or feel materially off from the in-bay data — we re-fit at no charge, re-build the affected clubs, or refund the build credit. It applies to Full and Elite tiers, in writing, with no restocking fee if we built the set for you.
Do you fit outdoors, or only on the launch monitors?
Primary data capture is indoor on Trackman 4 and Quintic 4-cam — controlled conditions, repeatable. For Elite sessions we offer an outdoor follow-up at our turf range within 5 miles of the studio, weather permitting, to validate wind and turf interaction. The full bag is always spec'd in-studio first.
What happens after the build is ordered?
Average turnaround is 3.2 business days for custom orders; 8 popular head-and-shaft combinations ship same-day from our Plano lab. You'll receive tracking, head and shaft SKU, grip spec, and the build sheet your fitter signed. We ship to 41 US states and 14 countries.
I'm between two shaft options — can I test both?
Yes, and we encourage it. Express covers two prototypes; Full covers four; Elite covers up to six including tour-issue and prototype shafts. You leave the session knowing exactly why one won, not just which one we picked.
